- Right of withdrawal
4.1. The buyer may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receipt of the goods without justification. The right of withdrawal applies to all products that come back with the invoice in the package containing all packaging and accessories at the factory. The Buyer shall notify the Seller in a written form, by e-mail or by letter, preferably in a form of a declaration.
4.2. The Seller will refund the full purchase price immediately after returning the goods, but no later than thirty days. Refund does not cover the cost of return, the full amount of which is borne by the Buyer. The Seller is obliged to return the goods only free of any defects resulting from use.
4.3. The Seller has the right to claim compensation for any damage resulting from the misuse of the Goods.
- Warranty, warranty
5.1. If the unpacked goods are damaged, the Buyer is obliged to inform the Seller immediately of the contact details provided. The package must be returned to the Seller within 8 days with the original invoice, accessories and packaging. The cost of returning defective goods is borne by the Buyer.
5.2. Seller acts under warranty conditions provided by the manufacturer. The Buyer is obliged to keep the original or copied invoice, the guarantee can only be enforced with this.
5.3. Replacement of defective products returned within 3 working days will be immediately replaced by our stock. If there is no product in stock, we will offer you a replacement, or if the replacement is not possible, we will refund the purchase price.
5.4. The maximum time limit for warranty handling of defective products after 3 business days from purchase is 15-30 calendar days. After expiry of the deadline, the buyer may request repayment of the value of the product.
